Paidrín Beag: The Irish Penal Rosary
Paidrín Beag is Irish for "the little rosary," also known as the Irish Penal Rosary.
This little rosary was handcrafted entirely in-house. It begins with a double-sided crucifix, designed to represent both the Crucifixion and the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Yeshua, attached to a custom helix bail fabricated from bronze wire. The cord combines natural cream Kevlar with brown micro cord, creating a beautiful helix pattern while adding strength.
The Ave beads are natural off-white jasper. The first three beads are flanked by bronze spacers, also made in-house, to represent the opening prayers of a traditional rosary. The decade is followed by a tiger's eye Pater bead, flanked by both leather and bronze spacers.
The rosary ends with a custom anchor link attached to a bronze helix ring, twisted from three individual wires.
Exceptionally sturdy, this rosary is built for decades of prayer.
